Do you just need an occasional helping hand? Or does the amount of time youll need fluctuate from month to month? This starter plan may be the perfect option. Just send tasks our way as they arise. We’ll track the time you’ve used and send you an invoice at the end of each month. 



Do you have a regular set of tasks that you want to offload and know you’ll need our help for roughly the same amount of time each month? Let us know before the month starts how much time to plan on you needing and you’ll save a little money.

After you fill your retainer, you will be charged the hourly rate for the excess hours at the end of the month.


Time Tracking and Billing

InboxHero uses Freshbooks for all of our time-tracking and invoicing. When we send you an invoice at the end of the month, there is the option to pay with a credit/debit card, Paypal, or Stripe.

Clients will have the option of receiving detailed weekly updates emails regarding their hours, and/or the update emails at a previously specified hour.

Time is tracked to the minute and will not be rounded up. Whether you use 4 minute or 4 hours, you will get charged for exactly that much time.

Invoices will be sent out on the last day of each month.
